Cancellation Policy

• More than 1 month before check-in: 25% cancellation charge.

• 1 month to 1 week before check-in: 50% cancellation charge.

• Within 1 week of check-in / No-show: 100% cancellation charge.

Mobile Connectivity
Our property is situated in a hilly and naturally secluded area where mobile network connectivity may be limited. In keeping with the tranquil character of the property, we encourage guests to minimise the use of mobile phones during their stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for guests who require internet connectivity.

Dining
We are a strictly vegetarian property and serve an extensive selection of vegetarian cuisine. Our culinary offerings include Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes, prepared with care to cater to a variety of tastes and preferences.

Tariff

• Our hotel consists of 10 rooms, with a tariff of INR 20,000 to 35,000 on the MAPAI plan.

• There are 4 rooms on the ground floor with a private plunge pool attached for the residents of the respective rooms. 

• Bed tea, breakfast, evening tea, and dinner for 2 people are included in the room rent.

• One extra person can be accommodated in the room with an extra cost of INR 5,000 on MAPI.

• Total room rent is payable in advance to confirm the booking.

Check-in & Check-out

• We maintain a Check-in time of 02:00 pm and a check-out time of 11:00 am.

• Kindly inform us of your estimated time of arrival to better prepare your stay.

• Should you want to guarantee an early check-in, we would recommend booking the night prior to your arrival.

• This is applicable to all bookings – individual or group.
   

Identity Documents

• Government of India’s security regulations mandate that all guests show an identity proof (passport for overseas citizens with a valid Indian visa or OCI) at the time of check-in to the hotel check-in team.

• Please ensure that you carry this with you.

Visitor's Policy

• Visitors are permitted on the property between 10 am to 5 pm at the cost of INR 200 per person for an hour.

• In the event of any damage to hotel property during a visit, the guest who made the booking will be held responsible.

• Reservations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be made in advance.

• The property can be chartered for weddings, film shoots, conferences, and other special events.

Food & Beverage

• We are a strictly vegetarian hotel.

• Vegan meals require special instructions and two days' prior notice.

• No outside non-vegetarian foods are allowed.

• Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00.

• Lunch is served from 13:00 to 15:00 at the cost of INR 750.

• Dinner is served from 20:00 to 22:00.

• Personal food and beverages are not permitted on the hotel premises unless required for dietary or medical reasons.

Loss & Damage

• The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.

• In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, the responsibility for the damage shall be fixed on the guest who made the booking.

• The palace management will determine the damage charges consistent with the extent of item or structural destruction.
   

Children & Extra Beds

• We levy no charge for children below 5 years.

• Children above 10 years will be charged full adult rates.

• Only one extra bed can be provided in the room.​

Charges:​

• Special charges apply during high-demand periods such as festivities, scheduled holidays, Christmas, and New Year.

• All tariffs and charges, including rooms, food & beverage, and services, are exclusive of taxes. CGST and SGST rates as per the GST Act and GST Rules & Regulations are applicable as of the date of the booking and may change subject to intimation from the Government of India.
